How innovation and creative growth can best arise out of doing simply for the sake and joy of the doing. When the pressure of an attachment to a specific measurable outcome gives way to play, we can achieve a state of “playficiency.” As creatives and designers were uniquely suited to facilitate the tools and space to intentionally foster the failure that breeds success.
